Lost or Stolen Packages

The Royale Closet is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is marked delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information.
The Royale Closet is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery Exceptions

Address Changes

Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order is placed.

Once your order has shipped, rerouting may not be possible.

Undeliverable Packages

Orders returned to us due to:

     Failed delivery attempts

may be subject to additional reshipping fees or may be cancelled and refunded.
